Welcome to my site. I'm Michael Mallete. I have started out as a software developer at the time when the terms Web 2.0 and AJAX where just starting to get coined. When "lightweight" frameworks such as Spring Framework and Hibernate are gaining traction against the big spec'd up App servers. Since then, I have worked on high volume transaction web apps, with teams across continents.

I am currently transitioning to an Agile Coaching/Evangelist role for one of the biggest corporations which leans heavily on Agile Methodologies.
